Reading, running, swimming, walking our dog
I enjoy reading a variety of different topics ranging from history and religion to military and geo-political/current events.
Exercising by running often and swimming when ever I get a chance help me deal with everyday stress. An occasional hike is added once in a great while. Walking our dog is both a mental and physical activity for me.
