• Organize, control and coordinate all activities for workers in post-harvest departments including harvest, drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and product transfer.
• Lead planning and organizing cannabis drying/curing and packaging schedules, ensuring proper quality control and compliance every step of the way.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of post-harvest personnel (quality inspection, quotas, workers etc.)
• Continual improvement and process optimization of all post-harvest departments. Maintenance of production/efficiency reports and daily data entry.
• Monitor harvest/post-harvest procedures to resolve issues.
• Ensure production requirements are analyzed and work is assigned based upon the capacity to achieve production schedule and departmental objectives.
• Oversee and direct department cleanliness, sanitation, and order.
• Understand and adhere to organizational and department policies and procedures.
• Ensure successful team development through leadership, proper orientation and relevant training methods.
• Maintain job-related confidentiality.

• Prepare material orders for field personnel and ship returned customer equipment to a Cox repair facility for testing and repair.
• Loading company software on to new subscriber equipment along with the testing, repair and
maintenance of used/returned subscriber equipment
• Operating a pallet jack vehicle, heavy lifting, meeting daily quotas and quality assurance.
