I am currently the facilities tech lead at Janicki going on almost a year now, during this time I helped get projects going in the right direction such as getting plans together and ordering material, this also included planning shut downs of production with the productions management team.

I take great pride in my work, I want to make sure the work is done correctly the first time and in a timely matter, I keep a positive attitude through out the work days, I believe that is really important part of the job.
I was transferred up to hamilton and started working with the facilities crew up there. I started out cleaning again but then slowly transitioned to full time facilities tech. Through the years some of the things i did were:
I have been a part of many big projects during these years, but one of them that sticks out most was being given the opportunity to plumb all the vacuum and air lines through out one of the buildings, we ran several thousand feet of pipe.

During this time I also helped out with the HVAC crew for several months changing out filters and installing ducting.
As a production helper here at Janicki I worked swing shift, I helped keep all the shops clean by sweeping and taking out the garbage's, I also helped out with keeping the tool boxes organized.
