  • Audit all proof of claims, post-petition fee notices, and payment change notifications for compliance and accuracy prior to filing with courts
  • Partner with loss mitigation business units to facilitate workout options and see court approval on active bankruptcy cases in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Communicate results of audits via written reports and oral presentations to management, including identification of training needs for bankruptcy team
  • Review investor/agency policy changes and ensure changes are integrated into audit programs
  • Coordinate responses to internal and external audit findings with Bankruptcy Default Servicing
