I am USMC vet got out of the Marines with an honorable discharge with the rank of E-3. While being enlisted I did many courses on team building and working together to achieve the objective. After discharging I relocated to Utah and have worked at GMM ever since have held many positions from "out by" to being in the section. There isn't much on here and I have excepted that due to me leaving for the Marine Corp right after high school, but I was know for my team leading abilities and was the first of my pear group to take a position as such. While at GMM it took me less than four months to go from being a faceman to production mechanic and have worked all three shifts. After GMM I worked for Redpath mining contracting company at Rio Tinto Kennecott. I was an offsider when first hired on after 9 months I worked my way up to spraymech operator. I sprayed fiber shotcrete for 7 months along with operating transmixer. Meanwhile doing all this on days I didn't spray or finished early I did utilities or helped fellow miners complete their assigned task.
