. I started working at Craftmark as a temporary employee. They hired me on the flatbread line. I worked for nine months. During those months, they trained me and I learned everything from mixing to packaging the product. Then they offered me the position of supervisor on the same line. I worked for another year and they decided to move me to the cookie line. I had to learn the entire line. It was totally different from a cooked product to a raw one. I have maintained myself there. Up to this moment, I have the knowledge of the programs used in the company such as Netsuit, Redzone, and Aims. I have quickly climbed the ladder due to my performance in each position that is given to me.
