As a Closing Specialist at Target, I handled the end-of-day tasks to make sure everything was ready for the next day. I managed the cash register, counted the cash, and prepared reports. I also ensured the store was clean and well-stocked before closing. I worked closely with my manager and team to answer customer questions and make sure everyone had a great shopping experience. My goal was to keep the store organized and ready for our guests.

As a Learning Ambassador at Amazon Fulfillment Center, I helped create the learning environment for new team members. I led training sessions for new hires to ensure they had the skills they needed for their jobs. I also supported and mentored colleagues to help them grow in their roles. By working with management to identify training needs or emergencies, I also had one by one contact with my colleagues. My goal was to help everyone in a fast-paced workplace.
