Skilled manager and supervisor with extensive experience in program development, strategic planning and execution, continuous quality improvement, data-driven program evaluation and research, cross-sector partnerships and stakeholder engagement, staff professional development and wellness. Over 30 years of national and international experience as a master trainer and facilitator, technical assistance provider, and curriculum developer. Expertise in protective factors and resilience in children and youth, family violence and child abuse and neglect prevention, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice, and healthy relationships. As Program Director, I oversee the implementation and evaluation of multiple projects, including performance and reporting, collaborative strategy development, compliance and budget management, data analysis and insight generation, and grant management. I have supervised Program Managers and outside consultants. In addition, I have developed dozens of curricula, including train-of-trainers, online asynchronous modules, and in-person training. I regularly present keynotes, workshops, and webinars in various venues in the US and abroad.
In addition to my duties as Program Director, I am one of the lead trainers for the Institute for Leadership in Education and Development (I-LED), a project of Futures Without Violence. I-LED offers in-person and virtual professional development trainings to federally funded programs. It uses state-of-the-art adult learning strategies to teach advanced facilitation, faculty development, and curriculum creation. It utilizes an enhanced version of the ADDIE model, including in-depth, learner-focused assessment, development of goals and objectives, human-centered curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation in a continuous quality improvement cycle.
The National Latino Network for Healthy Families and Communities was the federally-funded national resource center for domestic violence in the Latino Community. As director, I oversaw all of Esperanza United's national projects. My duties included strategic leadership, program development, oversight and evaluation, federal policy advocacy, research and data analysis, collaboration and partnerships with other national and local organizations, fundraising and resource development, public representation, and capacity building and training. I presented keynotes, workshops, and webinars in various venues in the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. I supervised the Director of Public Policy, the Director of Research, and the Director of Training and Technical Assistance.

As the Sexual Assault Prevention Specialist at Harvard University, I designed and implemented educational programs to prevent sexual violence in the college and graduate schools. Collaborating closely with various university departments, I developed, implemented, and evaluated dozens of trainings for undergraduate and graduate students, athletes, faculty, and staff. I led outreach initiatives, organized awareness campaigns, and engaged with student organizations to promote a culture of respect.
As director of programs at the Men's Resource Center of Western Massachusetts, I was responsible for program development, performance, evaluation, reporting, strategy development, compliance and budget management, data analysis and insight generation, and grant management. I developed, implemented, and continuously evaluated various curricula. I presented keynotes, trainings, and workshops in various venues in the US and abroad. I supervised, trained, and mentored a group of 10-12 facilitators.
