I provide driver support by communicating with drivers via call, text and sling (communication app) should any issues or barriers occur on route and provide a fast effective solution to limit down time and to make sure all packages are delivered according to standards
I work with Amazon to resolve customer delivery escalations, or route issues using Amazon Chime (business communication service software & app)
I close the day by making sure all packages are delivered and drivers return to the off-site safely
