PROJECT 1: (EMERGENCY CALLS) I developed a logic PLC’s program on Visiologic software in order to improve the way How Do the mechanic is call to attend breakdowns equipment. In order to reduce time and increase the performance maintenance. This is done by a Unitronics PLC and a modem which make calls once the operator detect a breakdown that they cannot fix.

PROJECT 2 : (CHANGE OVER products) I developed a logic PLC’s program in order to reduce time to change over machines for 4 new lines production. The remote access and KPI’s have been included in this project.

• Construction of the new manufacturing plant to make snacks with flavors like Cheetos. Is based on the extrusion corn and rice 200 Kg-h and add flavors like cheese or smoked bacon on the process to creates different products news on the Venezuelan snack market.
• Project include developed the evaluation for best location, aspects to consider as logistics, labor, suppliers, customer services, and the environment.
• Design of the new facilities plant on Autocad. Coordinate with engineers contractors and discussed the best design based on layout machinery.
• Work with contractors in areas as electrical, mechanical, and build the new offices to comply with the design. Design with electrical engineers the supply power system including facilities and production lines. Working with mechanical engineers to design air compressor supply pipes lines to minimize pneumatics condensations problems and supply enough clean and dry air to machines.
• Design and commissioning new Water treatment system, Sewage disposal comply with local government regulations.
• Bought oversees supplementary machinery to operate the production line as Diesel generator 250Kw , air compressor 30 HP, Air Dryer, UV water treatment for production, Exhausted fans, grid transformers to reduce voltage from 12.6 Kv to 480 VAC.
• Developed a project in parallel with contractor to supply natural gas to the plant in the oven process because this facilities didn't has any gas supply necessary to dry out products during the cooking process.
