• LAT Region (From Brazil to Mexico) under all Enterprise customers + Ecuador & Peru CSP customers as well.
  
  -Manage, control and continuously improves the financial performance of the Business Group.
  -Conduct in-depth financial analysis to improve efficiency.
  -Development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. Analyze actual performance against budgeted targets and identify areas of growth and enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
  -Partner with customer team heads to present financial information in a clear and terse manner.
  -Key customer interface for all financial matters
  -Continuously assess financial processes and systems.
  -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, delivery, and finance departments, to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
  -Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies and procedures, including GAAP, IFRS15, internal control requirements and SOX controls.
  -Perform financial risk management, controlling risk and opportunities in financials.
  -Provide financial expertise for customer offers and support negotiations regarding financial matters.
  -Responsible for reviewing, preparing & presenting all new won sales cases to the RRB (revenue Recognition Board)
  -Ability to lead a team providing guidance, feedback, and support development opportunities.

• Responsible for complex projects for EC/PE under SAP ERP systems. Approx revenues ~ 45Musd. Provides integrity of the project financial data, proper documentation, compliance to policies and supplies proper information to follow SOX controls and audits.
• Perform monthly financial & risk analysis. Prepare and analyze the Quarterly Management Report (MMR) presented to Stakeholders (General Manager, CT Heads, Operating Directors, etc.)

• Business Operations

-Projected Cash Flow for Alcatel-Lucent Ecuador..

- Management of orders, revenue, profitability forecast, risks and opportunities
(Sales Force Tool)- Manage Forecast Tools with strong IT skills.
- Prepare yearly commercial Plan for the Cluster (orders, sales, backlog and
margins). Creation of OLA (Risk Orders), RSM, OXIA, CDR (Alliance Tool)
- Evaluate Margins Variations periodically.

• Cost Controller

-Help reduce 5% of commitments for projects under ~60 million in revenue.
- Monitor Financial Statements for each assign project. Evolution of Actual Costs vs Planned Costs.
- Analysis and calculation of fixed & variable costs.
