Responsible of the Markets Products performance management including business reviews, strategic planning support and Bi-Monthly & annual budgeting process, covering 15 countries in Central America, Caribbean and Colombia. (FY23 Revenues $432MM). Main activities related to:

• Provide wide range of analytical support to regional/local Senior Management including Regional Markets Head & CFO to set strategy for products and countries, drive key initiatives & achieving financial results.
• Responsible for adequate financial performance review and reporting across Markets Products and Geographies, developing partnership with Markets Country/Cluster Heads, Countries FOs as well as Regional Finance partners.
• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting advanced analysis of financial data supporting business decision, evaluating risk and opportunities in order to make financial/business recommendations
• Plan/Outlook/Closing/CEO/CFO reviews for senior management presentations.
• Ad-HOC Activities related to business performance and returns efficiency. (E.g. Market Share analysis for flow business, Capital Returns, Capital Adequacy, market and operating efficiency)

Lead the FP&A CCA ICG Team in Costa Rica, responsible of the coordination and deliverables for forward-looking processes (Plan/Outlook) from a CR Analytical center perspective, interacting with CCA ICG senior management, FP&A Product teams and LATAM Regional Team. Main activities related to:

• Plan/Outlook/Closing/CEO/CFO Decks support and review for senior management presentations.
• Manage plan/outlook calendar and deliverables, coordinating with FP&A team to align with cluster results.
• Review Plan/Outlook progress to anticipate issues, and escalate concerns among FP&A and business teams.
• Provide analysis and insights to support business decision for CCA Planning Head and CFO.
• Lead and developed team strategies to align CSC CCA Team results to CFO and Planning Head priorities.

Responsible for consolidating TTS LATAM financials, working and supporting LATAM LFO in presentation of Financial results and analysis for the business. Responsible of coordinate regional activities related to forward-looking processes, business insights and ad-hoc analysis. Main activities related to:

• Coordinate outlook/closing calendar and requirements with the Regional TTS team and FP&A team.
• Plan/Outlook/Closing Decks supporting TTS LATAM LFO in senior management presentations.

Responsible of monitoring the main Key Productivity Indicators (KPIs), budget control and staffing for the Global Consumer Banking (GCB) Operations for several countries in LATAM. Responsible for the analysis of the main operational drivers included in GCB Ops Monthly Operational Review to O&T senior management.

Responsible of assuring the reliability of the monthly budget closure and staffing control for Collections operation for more than 15 countries in Latam, in order to analyze and control the operation expenditure. Also, managed and execute the expenses model and consolidate the financial and staffing projections according to forward looking cycles established by corporate.
