  • With commercial management, the achievement of key contacts and the rigorous follow- ups, I coded the company as a provider of multimodal transport services in the 4 main shipping companies in Panama: MAERSK, MSC, MOL and HAPAG LLOYD
  • Through compliance in delivery times and a service without unforeseen events, I managed to consolidate the company as one of the most trusted companies for the provision of multimodal cargo transportation services among the 5 largest shipping companies in Panama.
  • I structured an operational work scheme for the Sport Line company that included a cleaning methodology by hours according to store traffic, generating savings of 13%, equivalent to USD 17,000 per year, for the client off.
  • I carried out the survey of the necessary procedures and processes and collected the pertinent documentation, obtaining pre-certification from Sheffer Consultores to begin the ISO 9001 certification process.
  • I designed and implemented a wellness program for employees that included incentive programs translated into points that generated benefits, achieving a sense of belonging and decreased turnover, especially in foreign employees.
