I worked as a CNA, in a Rehabilitation Facility, to promote the daily hygiene care of geriatric patients Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain patient's rooms, shared-living areas and nursing stations.
• Turn and reposition residents using proper body mechanics to prevent pressure ulcers.
• Conduct routine checks on patient vitals, blood pressure, blood sugar and heart rate.
• Assist patients with shaving, bathing and oral hygiene to promote healthy habits and overall wellness.
• Document activities and record information in EMR system.
• Answer signal lights, bells or intercom systems to determine resident's needs.

I was employed as a traveling CNA during the pandemic. My job duties were to assist medical facilities to provide life saving medical care to patients experiencing a medical crisis during the patient's greatest time of need.

I also worked as a medical assistant at a facility, in Carrizo TX, for undocumented children who were in need of safe keeping until they were either placed with relatives, or placed in permanent facilities.

My job responsibilities were to assist patients in the Hospice or the Home Health environment, receive comfort during their daily baths and grooming, and to receive their care with the utmost dignity.

I was employed as a contract CNA to provide daily patient's hygiene care, including dress and grooming, dispense daily medications, and to make sure the patient's needs were met.

I was employed as a Hospice Aide. My job responsibilities were to assist patients with their daily hygiene care, observe and report changes in patient's weight, vitals, input and output, or patient's complaints.

I was employed as a CNA. My job many responsibilities, included:

Triage, assist providers, (MD and NP) during patient's visits, collect patient's labs and send to Labcorp, manage medical records, Clinical Inventory, and various assignments via MD and NP orders.
