Summary

Throughout the past 11 years, I have gained a lot of experience. With the different employment titles I have had, I gained tremendous amounts of customer service skills, by managing how I approach customers / clients, how I communicate with them, how I make sure and represent the company in a professional manner, also showing the spirit of Aloha to all.

I have previously worked in very fast paced work environments, and I have gained a lot of experience of moving in a quick manner, while still making sure our customers and clientele feel welcomed and are receiving the best services.

Aside from my work history, I am a very active member in our local community.

I am apart of the bus ministry for Kings Cathedral Church, and it is my honor to serve our community with transportation to and from Church Services. I also volunteer in as much non profit events that I can give my time to. Some past events have been; CandyLane at the Kings Cathedral Church; Lahaina’s Christmas Blessings in Lahaina; Ohana Hope Villages in Kahului; as well as upholding a small Hub at my personal residence for our fire Victums during the Lahaina and Kihei Fires.

My proudest achievement that I hold, is serving our community in all that I do, Valuing each and every person I cross paths with, weather it shall be during work, or outside of the office, representing the business is all around the clock. Being a great leader and uplifting employee is always my top priorities.

I am so passionate in my work career and my personal life as well, because I have three beautiful Keiki who look up to me, and it is my responsibility to carry on, showing them how we are to always treat everyone with Aloha, and bless our community with being an honorable community member.
