go on 4 mile runs weighted down with sand bags and/or a 78 lbs log on my shoulder in the summer hottest time of the day. ive gone up hill running and also up Telegraph Pass jogging/hiking with high altitude pressure mask on level 2 sometimes 3, pushing for 4. with intervals of 1 set of 20 pushups every 200 steps. All with very little to no rest sometimes. 5 to 6 days out of the week , sometimes, about once a month. ill do all 7 days work out. The only objective is to do the bare minimum. equal equal to the prior days work out. Which i consider to be a major fail, or better.
