Working in ECWC laboratory, processing printed circuit boards through various stages i.e
IPA washing, thermal and standard component staking, masking and finally conformal coating
Each and every one of these processes must be approved under NASA regulations as flight hardware by QA and DCMA
Ultimately, these PC boards need to be installed in different boxes/modules that are part of various types of satellites
Duties included hand soldering and PCB assembly per NASA/J-Std Flight requirements
Capable of soldering fine pitch flat pack IC’s and components and have an excellent working knowledge of standard soldering practices and techniques
Capable of soldering fine pitch flat package integrated circuits and components and have excellent working knowledge of standard soldering practices and techniques
Able to perform circuit board assembly rework and repair operations as detailed by manufacturing engineering and rework documentation
Familiar with class zero ESD requirements and lead forming capability of flat package ICs
Certified to carry out component staking and conformal coating
Able to manufacture and assemble complex spaceflight cable and harness assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in accordance with government specifications and workmanship standards
Support cable and harness installations on the spacecraft according to installation drawings and procedures
A solid understanding of wiring processes using proper tools, crimping, splicing, wire routing, and assembly techniques is required as applied to standard NASA harness assembly operations
I am certified by NASA and IPC J-Std processes for hand soldering and harness assembly operations

Notes
I'm not currently working.
I decided to retire at age 63 on January 15, 2021.
I moved to El Paso, TX to live with one of my sisters and be able to live off my Social Security pension of $2,150.00 a month.
I lived there for almost two years.
Living in El Paso, TX wasn't really for me, so I ended up moving back here to the Phoenix area on November 20, 2022. I currently live in an apartment in Phoenix, AZ, but in order to make ends meet I have to use money from my retirement.
From 09/2013 – 12/2014 I was unemployed
As for my position at Boeing, I was laid off in September 2013. I didn't look for a job right away and took some time to go to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico to work on remodeling my parents' house because it was in very bad condition.
During that period, I lived off my 401K from Motorola and Boeing.
