• Documented and determine the prevalence of burnout syndrome (SB) associated with professional practice in veterinarians and zootechnicians through the application of the Maslash Burnout Inventory questionnaire, which is commonly known as burnt worker syndrome or occupational wear syndrome which led to of the sample surveyed we were able to collect according to the data obtained that 48% of professionals have high levels of Burnout Syndrome (SB) in the dimensions of emotional fatigue and depersonalization, while in personal fulfillment a percentage of 52.3% was obtained, which was the highest and with the highest prevalence in the professionals who were surveyed.
