Own and operate 100 acre cash grain operation. This small farm allows me to connect on a personal level with potential customers in agriculture.
I have excelled over the years in sales from my ability to connect on a personal level with my customers I believe and was taught that people buy from people so I try to connect on a personal level rather than as an everyday sales person I sell based off of how I buy, for example: know my products and delivery quality, do what I say i am going to do, and follow up with customers
