  • Managed the demand planning functions for 8 product lines by collaborating with Finance, Product Management, and S&OP teams for both CNH-owned and OEM plants to create, submit for approval to Brand Management, and upload monthly wholesale, retail, and production forecasts to our forecasting software for the Request and Confirmed phases of each PO cycle.
  • Responsible for the quarterly results collection and achievement tracking for the Sales Bonus Plan for the Case and New Holland Construction field sales teams. Responsibilities included gathering retail and market share data, submitting results to management for approval, and providing final data to the HR Compensation team for payout calculations. Collaborated annually with Brand Management, HR, S&OP, and Finance to develop incentive metrics.
  • Ran the monthly Order Writing process which includes managing and updating our Reflow system to calculate the order requirement for each Case CE dealership based upon their current retail forecast and FMS. I would publish and update several PowerBI and Excel reports to track order intake throughout the month to provide for the Sales team to monitor their dealers progress towards order requirement achievement. At the end of each month, Case Management would use this information to determine if each dealer was compliant to their ordering requirement.
  • Developed and published daily, weekly, and monthly PowerBI and Excel reports to support key business functions, including dealer and company inventory management, dealer order collection, sales team activity tracking, and monthly wholesale P.O. tracking, driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
