Juddson Eastridge

My role at Ballard party rentals is to deliver/pickup inflatables such as watersides, bounce houses, mechanical bulls and even tents, tables and chairs, which involves lifting and handling some things weighing over 1,000lb's. At this job there is no fixed schedule, as most rentals are last minute and must be done in a specific time frame. I work in all weather types and temperatures and make sure the job is done correctly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Throughout my years of working here i have turned into the most experienced and longest lasting employee and have trained many others. i take great pride in my job making it a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and co workers.
