  • Monitoring the work of existing grantees, including review and analysis of any publications or other products, and providing feedback to improve performance and product
  • Coordinate with other units within the Endowment to enhance and increase staff's civil society development, knowledge, skills, and abilities throughout the Institute through training, coaching, and other means
  • Track and analyze political developments in the West Africa region and provide briefing to leadership as needed
