In student clinic I gained experience in implementing therapeutic techniques on clients. I made soap notes on each client and I carefully listened to client's concerns and or requests and did my best to ensure their needs were met within my scope of practice.

• Educated clients on sensory deprivation hydrotherapy pods and how to enjoy 60-minute floating experience
• Greeted and pampered every guest and client.
• Trained clients in flotation within a hydrotherapy float pod, and use of infrared sauna, hydrotherapy chairs, and halo air breathing
• Entertained Clients post- float
• Answered phones, took reservations, took care of sales, maintenance and operation of float pods, infrared sauna, hydrotherapy tanks and halo machines.
• Made sure guests and customers felt relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored upon leaving the spa or ending transactions.

Education and Awareness Outreach for people living with Type 1 Diabetes

• In June of 2008 my son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and I co-founded a 501(c)3 in order to raise awareness, education and bring hope to people living with diabetes.

• Assisted with special events or programs.
