I graduated with a law degree in 2012 from my country Mexico. I immigrated to the United States with my husband in 2013. For several years, I dedicated myself to my family, my three children and my husband. I had no idea how to continue my career in this country, so I began looking for English courses to learn the language and one day be able to resume my career. My experience in my country was in the criminal and civil courts. I had the opportunity to learn how a case is processed. Regardin my work experience in this country, I began working in the Port Arthur public schools as a classroom teacher, and I loved connecting with the students and parents, They taught me that there are many ways of brotherhood toward people. I developed in an enviroment related to my career, and I feel that this has helped me to trust myself more to get where I want. Iwould like to learn about the laws of this country and continue learning in every way possible, and I know that in a space like yours I can achieve this.
