Assists patrons with golf club rental, assigns golf carts, sells pro shop merchandise, processes special orders, and informally demonstrates equipment usage. Informs patrons of course safety rules and regulations. Follows EEO principles.
Promotes, organizes, schedules, and conducts tournaments, matches, open and league play, special events, and daily facility activities. Conducts golf lessons/classes are conducted. Ensures appropriate golf equipment and supplies are on hand. Oversees the operation of pro shops and/or snack bars. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsible for the implementation of cash controls; ensures cash register is cleared daily, financial reports are completed and deposits are accomplished. Approves financials within SAIS in the absence of the manager, while ensuring separation of duties as required. Conducts monthly resale inventories, supply orders, and together with the manager, ensures operations are aligned to meet cost of sale and NIAD goals and objectives. Ensures public health standards are met and DRAM principles are executed.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Determines stock levels needed for non-recurring, specialized supply items based on usage, inventory, project demands, seasonal demands, changing customer needs, and projected depletion. Maintains specialized property accounts and records. (JPMorgan) Performs document control work involved in the processing of supply transactions. In charge of making necessary payments for the month review financial on NDIS. Receives telephone calls, greets visitors, and ascertains the nature of the calls or visits. Maintains coordinates meeting arrangements, and schedules meetings training and/or conferences. Performs other administrative and clerical work in support of the office/organization. Uses multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats. Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents and reviews and finalizes correspondence/documents prepared by supervisor or electronic drafts.
