Throughout my career as a Housing Navigator, my goal has been to help individuals find and maintain stable housing, particularly those facing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. For this reason I have decided to change my career path into a 911 dispatcher to have a direct impact on people's lives. I have a proven ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining composure, strong communication skills, quick decision-making abilities, and effective instruction delivery in challenging circumstances.
