I open my fist Bakery in 1998, it was a great successful business, for thirteen years. In 2005, I enter the Sonoma County Harvest Fair Competition, where I revived 4 Gold metals, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze. From the year mention to 2009.

Being Guy Fiery one of the judges to award me with the Gold medals. In November, 2023 I was selected to the top 20, for a competition with Cake Boss.
