Significant projects include: 350,000 SF Facebook Reality Lab Headquarters, 450,000 SF Facebook Office Building 22 & Garage, Residential High-Rise Towers in Toronto, Canada; Concert Halls & School, Venezuela; and Residential design for Battersea Project in London and Alexander Platz, Berlin.

  • Successfully managed interior team and completed 100% Interior CD Package on schedule during COVID-19 epidemic for 350,000 SF Facebook Reality Lab Headquarters in Redmond, Washington. Now that the project is in Construction Administration current responsibilities include interior partitions and glazing systems and other interior systems such as bathrooms and kitchens.
  • MEPF Coordination of 450,000 SF Facebook Office Building 22 (Completed 2020). From Design Development Phase to Contract Administration phase. Created minimal, efficient HVAC design in geometrically complex office building, achieving highly functional comfortable building environment.
  • Project Management of 2000-car Facebook Parking Garage (Completed 2020). Coordination of all stake holders, contractors, executive architect and client. From Concept Design to Construction Administration phase.
  • Project Management of Facebook Headquarters Masterplan and Environmental Impact Report in Menlo Park, California (Completed 2018). Masterplan included three office buildings, one parking garage and one hotel. Responsible for Client/ Stakeholder/ Consultant Management and Contract Writing. Represented Facebook’s interests in negotiations with the City of Menlo Park. Achieved timely EIR approval and City Approvals/ Agreements to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  • Increased client/stakeholder satisfaction significantly with interior layout of 2000 units for Residential Towers in Toronto Canada. Initially Gehry Partners risked losing the interior layout package to a local interior designer. After personally leading the project for one year, stakeholders congratulated GP for their excellent work on the interior layout package.
  • Project Management and Design of Lara Project in Concept Phase. Design of two concert halls and one music school in Barquisimeto, Venezuela.
  • Residential Design of high-rise tower at Alexander Platz, Berlin and Battersea Park, London for international competitions. Both projects were awarded first prize and granted commissions.

  • Significant Projects include: Beekman Tower, 74 story mixed use high rise in Manhattan, New York; 10 story office building, New York; and Winnick Institute, Jerusalem, Israel
  • Created the successful design proposal of curtain wall & floor plan layout of Beekman apartment tower in New York (74 stories), after 100 such proposals by others were rejected. Despite exacting design demands, limited budget and construction constrains, successfully managed the process and a staff of 5, completing the project and beating the expectation of the client
  • Designed four large glass roof structures for the Museum of Tolerance in Jerusalem in compliance with European structural engineering regulations and meeting the design approval of Frank Gehry. Used advanced technology to work out the system with engineers in detail and supervised all aspects of design. Personally recognized by Frank Gehry for contribution to the project’s success
  • Managed and organized the curtain wall design and led team and contractors in completing construction documents for a 158,540 SF office building in New York. Solved complex geometry of curtain wall with 3d computer model and 2d detailed drawings. Coordinated consultants: mechanical, structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
