Judson Hansbrough

I began my sophomore year as the leader of the homeroom and provided a safe space for the African Americans at Marquette high school. I planned trips and visits to different places and within the school. While the homeroom welcomed new members I would be the one to get to know them and make them feel welcome so they could adapt better to their new home/school.

I guided and helped teach younger children how to build things and put certain materials together in an engineering camp. While the children were gone I would stay behind and clean so they had somewhere to work when they came back to learn. I also led them down to lunch and served as their leader throughout my time at Discovery World.
