Started as New Car Manger and because of previous experience took over the Used Vehicle Department in December, 2018. Was initially tasked with moving a largely aged inventory. Accomplished this in 3 months by utilizing technology and market based pricing, making and following through on process' and procedures, training and incentivizing sales staff.
