I was responsible for maintaining the property both inside and out, which included, sweeping and general outdoor cleaning, drywalling, painting, caulking, light plumbing, light electrical, cleaning carpets, replacing or servicing door locks, replacing broken windows, sweeping, and trash pick up, I was responsible for interacting with the customers and helping them if they had a problem with their room. I was responsible for communicating and training other staff in order to maintain the property. I served as a maintenance trainer, assisting other hotels with their maintenance staffs to increase their understanding of Red Roof Inn's policies and procedures.
