Accomplishments

Helped put in place a new Medical Group with contracting with Insurance companies and all physicians and helped grow the group to over 300,000 members. Put in all processes and hired staff to fill all positions needed. Helped in developing the company after the group purchased another Medical group that was in the red financially and sent to that group to get it back in the black financially. The same for other groups purchased.. All while doing my job as administrator of the group formed.

As caregiver I became lnow as the caregiver that would go to assignments when existing caregiver wasn’t able to be there. Also nominated employee of the month and did caregiving with clients as long as 5 years, when they passed away at 103 yrs of age. Did many clients care needed and last one for 2 yrs.

Also spent 4 years as a consultant in the managed care arena with Medical groups until my husband took illl.
