Responsibilities:

• Working as part of Oracle HCM, as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include analysis, design, implementation, and testing for the performance management product.
• Designed and implemented Project template feature. This feature allows managers to track and update employees' performance on a regular basis. Integrated this feature with annual performance document, which helps in easy assessment of an employee.
• Used ADE (Application data export) tool for static code analysis & version control system.

HUE (High Usability Enterprise):

HUE is a web application that is an AI-powered ERP system aiming for high speed and usability in enterprise systems. Creating business logic based on requirements, developing the application's front end, performing the application's logic in Java, dealing with data stored in a Cassandra database, preparing documents to explain the customer about the working of the application, and handling two levels of testing to provide a quality product to the end user is the major work involved.

• Analyzing and understanding their requirements.
• Preparing work plan and design document.
• Creating the best practice document for coding and developing code based on a document.
• Interacting with leads and management for better solutions.
• Performing unit testing and testing the functionality based on the requirement.
