Enter operations vendor invoices into spreadsheets of all F&B, P.O.S.; 'Member consumption', and Banquet events.
Maintain and update all daily 'Member Food Returns' report for each restaurant.

Perform a physical hard count of all product club wide, all kitchens, bars, central storeroom, etc.
