I manage Synagis with Arkansas Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and pediatrician offices, which requires coordination with multiple facets such as the Centers of Disease Control, Arkansas Medicaid and specialty pharmacies. I communicate and educate around virology trends, medication process through specialty pharmacy, and NICU processes.

Collaborated and lead three territories including six base representatives with Pulmonologists and Allergists across int the state of Arkansas. I created a culture of trust, high performance, and inclusion while demonstrating a consistent share growth in specialty.

While in LEAP, I was able to dive deeper in to leadership skills and learn more about motivating and coaching others. While in the LEAP program, I was also able to apply my knowledge and create a regional program called STEP (Striving Toward Excellence Program). This was an 18-month program created to build and develop a bench of future leaders in the Mid-South region and consisted of one individual from each district.

I led calls and activities that walked them through topics such as trust, branding, and creating networks.

As a member of the Mid-South leadership team, I led, trained and executed company regional initiatives to 70+ employees. These initiatives included launch campaigns, AZ selling framework, multiple regional selling workshops, and conducting field visits.

During my time as a trainer, I created a regional spotlight on patient centricity that I was able to elevate from a regional level, to training materials, and to a global level (COPD: Its Personal), and other therapeutic areas.

Sold in multiple therapeutic areas such as gastroenterology, diabetes, cardiovascular, psychiatry, and respiratory. I collaborated with diverse teams to ensure performance success. I developed a deep understanding of strategy, resource utilization, and teamwork with awards such as CIrcle of Excellence (2), Elite Award, Regional Leadership Excellence Award, and multiple career promotions.
