I have worked a variety of different jobs and have interacted and communicated with many different people. As I have gotten older I have seen how important for a leader to have good communication skills and show respect for those who you lead. I know how important the recruitment process is for building a strong chapter with current members so we can recruit the best possible new member class. I have previously spoken to Abby Reeve and Chloe Fritz about this position, and understand how critical it is to be efficient with my time when it comes to ordering supplies and planning work week so that the chapter feels well prepared to go through the recruitment process. I am willing to dedicate a lot of my summer to planning a creative and fun work week and recruitment, ordering supplies, planning bump groups, and making sure that everything goes smoothly and that the Vice President of Recruitment and I are on the same page. However, I also am aware that things can go wrong in the high stress environment that recruitment brings and I am confident in my abilities to handle situations like this when they arise, and am willing to shift plans and bump groups as needed. Additionally, in the past year I have gone out of my comfort zone tremendously in terms of making new friends and establishing relationships with as many people as I can throughout our chapter. If awarded this position, it would be my top priority to make sure that everyone was kept in the loop and that I would be someone people could comfortably come to with concerns, suggestions, or worries about the recruitment process
