
Cultural exchange program where I, living with an American family, am responsible for overseeing and caring for the host family's children. My responsibilities include providing basic care, assisting with school and extracurricular activities, and managing their schedules. This experience has tested my organizational skills, increased my independence, developed interpersonal skills, all while immersing me in American culture.

Active participation in the management and execution of educational, social and environmental projects in the city of Rio das Ostras, RJ, Brazil. In general, working in public education, sustainable construction and promoting accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities.
- Communication & Marketing Department;
- Planning marketing actions for projects;
- Administration of the institution's social networks;
- Preparation of the material for publicity on social media;
- Management of the department's routine using agile tools, guaranteeing the alignment of information and the delivery of planned activities;
- Creation of strategies to attract new volunteers, donors and key partnerships;
- Elaboration of the organization's strategic planning and ensuring compliance with action plans;
- Implementation of the 5S methodology in a partner institution.
