Managing all updates, changes, and pre-plan drivers in advance.
Requesting detention, layover, lumpers, TONU, etc.
Informing the fleet department about any breakdowns, and providing updates on the completion of work orders for trucks and trailers.
Communicating with the driver, assigning the load or pre-load, and determining which trucks and trailers will be used if there are any changes.
