Having been a Head Coach for almost two decades, my skills are vast but my motivation is always, progress. I am goal oriented, I see the path using small goals to obtain large goals. Progressing is the constant when it comes to goals. Progression can be moving forward but can also be learning how to move forward. To me both are equally important because they both produce the same outcome.
