This opportunity allows me to learn about small-scale agriculture, local hunger relief, educational gardening, sustainability, permaculture. As a part of the SAGE team, I aid in the growth of ~4 tons of food that the CEC donates every year to aid individuals and families suffering from food insecurity within the local Corvallis community.
