  • As an onboarding specialist, I provide a seamless transition for Tour and Rental operators in various verticals to our online booking software.
  • The onboarding process consists of obtaining critical information from the owners, managers, and web developers to generate a hub for them and their employees to manage reservations, review reporting, and diversify their marketing efforts.
  • My responsibility is to customize and tailor their customer's experience on their website through our widgets. This can be adding branding, coordinating color schemes, or using similar wording and language through the booking flow to encourage a native and 'built-in' feel to their site.
  • I then scheduled online training with the owners and staff to demonstrate the features, functionality, and improvements Peek offers.
  • Training material and agendas would be adjusted to fit the unique use cases of the operator.
  • Once all parties are comfortable with the current state of their account within Peek, I would be responsible for installing their online booking widgets on their site. This could be through WordPress, Squarespace, GoDaddy, raw HTML/CSS, or any other site host.
  • After the operator is live with Peek on their site, I would then provide post-install support to assist in any unforeseen changes, provide additional training on their account, and suggest revenue-generating features that they aren't currently utilizing.
