Transpiler Project (Java) 

Worked with a teammate on a semester long project to create a transpiler that converts source code written in a fictitious language into Java source code. Implemented a lexer, parser, interpreter, analyzer and generator in Java to accomplish this.

P2P File Sharing (C++)

Collaborated with a small team to develop file sharing software (similar to BitTorrent). The protocol consists of a TCP handshake established between peers on a network, followed by a never-ending stream of length-prefixed messages containing file contents.

"Particigator" Web/Mobile Application (ReactJS, ReactNative, MongoDB)

Worked front-end with two other Data Structures TAs to develop a web and mobile application designed to facilitate the recording of discussion-section attendance for students and instructors. Also presented a data analysis linking discussion attendance and student performance to highlight the importance of the project. 

• Devout member of University of Florida Surf Club. Traveled and competed as a part of this group in locations throughout Florida, and North Carolina.
• Taught youth surfing in Hawaii
• Surfed at Uluwatu in Bali, Indonesia
• Traveled to 48 out of 50 states in the US.
• Helped plan a group trip with friends to Athens and Thessaloniki in Greece.
• Planned travel along the eastern coast of Australia with a friend
• Traveled to Rome, Italy to perform with a singing group in the Sistine Chapel
