Accomplishments

While I was offered the Bakery Manager position after a month and a half of working at DeCicco and Sons , I had gotten many written recognitions from my store manager for the above and beyond effort I put in since day one of working for the company. I learned quickly how to manage stock , place accurate orders , track the sales , etc. Since I took over as Bakery Manager my sales have been up every week from the previous year. From moving product around to see where it sells best , to ordering new product to see how well it sells , making displays for holidays , I have learned alot about management.
