-Production Scheduling & Planning- Create detailed production schedules for assembly and testing of components (e.g., smart power switches, converters). Balance customer deadlines, inventory levels, and shop floor capacity.
-Material & Inventory Coordination- Ensure material availability: coordinate with supply chain, purchasing, and warehouse to ensure incoming parts meet specifications (MIL-STD, ISO).Track critical parts like die, substrates, lids, bonding wire, etc., that go into Class H/K hybrids or ICs to avoid shortages and overstocking.
- Workflow Tracking & WIP Management
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) through all stages: die attach, wire bond, lid seal, test, burn-in, screening. Use CAMM systems to update job status and issue job travelers or work orders.
- Interface with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering
Work closely with engineering (for build instructions), quality (for inspection holds or release), and manufacturing supervisors. Address hold points, rework instructions, and deviation approvals quickly to avoid delays to customers.
- Customer Delivery Coordination- Track and ensure on-time delivery to government and commercial customers (e.g., NASA, Lockheed, Raytheon). Communicate progress, concerns, or late shipment updates to customers.
-Compliance & Documentation- Maintain documentation traceable to MIL-PRF-38534 Class H/K, AS9100, and space/aerospace customer requirements. Ensure all lot histories, traveler packages, and certifications are up to date and audit-ready.
-Assembly of microelectronics on both manual and non manual equipment. Environmental testing such as PIND testing, temperature cycle, Fine Leak, Gross Leak, on microelectronics to assure passing standards to move along in the production process in a timely manner while following assembly drawings and traveler instructions.
-Responsible for patient preparation including modalities, under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, including heat or cold pack therapy, traction, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, massage & monitoring of patients established exercise program.
