• Manage procurement of assessments, sensory equipment, and supplies to enhance the pediatric program.
• Coach the interdisciplinary team to improve the quality of feeding therapy services.

• Provide consultative, direct individual, and group occupational therapy services for 32 students in the BCPS regional special education program at Carney Elementary School.
• Compose, present, and implement related sections in students' IEPs.

Children's Guild Transformation Academy

• Collaborate with SLPs and PTs to determine ideal communication switch placements for students with profound physical limitations.
• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Consult with school directors to acquire the needed equipment to meet students' sensory and therapeutic needs. Educate school staff on the effective use of equipment.

• Create and implement two pilot therapeutic summer camps (fine motor skills and social skills), bringing the company almost $4,000 in additional revenue.
• Serve as one of two core occupational therapists to pilot the clinic's new feeding therapy program, completing weekly feeding evaluations.
• Provide in-service trainings to the occupational therapy team (executive functioning, primitive reflexes).
• Supervise Level 1 occupational therapy students and incoming OT staff.
