Paint shop south finish

• Wax and fax deck - I started out working in wax and fax deck, shooting wax into designated areas of the car and putting on fixtures on the car on fax deck

• polish- I would inspect oncoming cars on the line scuffing and polishing out defects found on the car

•IR bay - I was trained for a little bit on how to fill in craters and sand down clear coat drips

• F1B - I would do containment out on F1B when the audits would be really bad focusing on specific models that needed extra inspection and would have to report back process report to process leads or section leaders through written or verbal communication

• Scuff patrol - I worked in scuff patrol for almost two years I would inspect the car after it has been through polish looking out for defects that might have been missed , I would try to fix defects that have been written up to send to IR bay to save time and ship the car out

Paint shop north finish

I have experience in almost all areas of finish in north shop which are wax, fax deck , polish , F1B and I am currently work in Final inspection which is last inspection before the cars goes out to assembly i look out for missed defects and decide what can be shipped and what has to be sent back to fix according to bmw group standard
