  • Sole manager of a City FEMA-PA response, managing compliance, eligibility, reporting, and funding strategy and requirements.

  • Managed and executed the change management component of a Workday implementation at a public utility provider employing roughly 1,000 individuals.

  • Organized and directed city-wide expungement events to provide pro-bono legal services to approximately 400 constituents per event and worked with both government and non-government agencies to increase access to expungement services for Detroiter's
  • Developed and executed all change management activities including training sessions, materials, and standard work procedures for staff attorneys and volunteers engaging with Project Clean Slate
  • Improved communications and processes between the Law Department, Police Department, Unions, and the BPOA to ensure officers received legal representation, when eligible, to reduce the indemnification risk to the City, and flagging officers who were repeatedly involved in civil rights violation suits.
