I have 8 raised beds and look forward to expanding this area and have grown peppers, radishes, kale, squash, cucumbers, cilantro, and more. I have a flock of 8 chickens in a walk-in coop that I constructed with my father and have just purchased 8 more. I clean out the coop on a regular basis and rotate their fencing to allow them fresh areas to roam for grubs. I have 5 Nubian goats. I keep their hooves trim and make sure that they have hay in the winter months and fresh water daily. I love working outside and attending the Homesteaders of America Conference. Indoors I love to cook for my family and keep the home and kitchen clean.
