Summary
Since my start at Vacasa 3 years ago, I have made it my mission to hone all skills that are required to be an excellent housekeeper. With that being said, I have always taken any opportunities to learn as much as I could so that I may one day be able to move into the next position. I like working with others and appreciate all learning types. I feel with my outgoing and upbeat personality, I would be an asset to Vacasa as the new Joseph/Wallowa Lake LOM.

- Cleaning of vacation rentals with cleaning standards for each property in mind, which included but not limited to: taking clean laundry and supplies to each home, inspecting home for damages or missing items and burned out lightbulbs, placing needed laundry and amenities into service before each clean, removing all dirty laundry.
- clean bedrooms: make beds, dust, vacuum, place towels
- Clean kitchen, including: putting away clean dishes or cleaning dishes, cleaning countertops, cleaning all appliances, cleaning flooring, checking drawers and cupboards for cleanliness, and reporting any missing or broken supplies.
- clean bathrooms including: toilets, surfaces, floors, garbages, mirrors, sinks, check all lighting fixtures, stock supplies
- clean living areas including: dusting mopping cleaning furniture, fireplaces, check electronics and lighting
- clean entry and deck areas including: blowing leaves and tree needles/leaves, clean bbq, make sure all lights are working, check handrails and all safety needs
- use of personal phone to start and stop cleans as well as any tickets, use camera phone to take inspection pictures
- report to LOM of any issues
- remove all dirty laundry and garbage
- check schedule daily for any updates
- work with co workers when needed
- use of personal vehicle to transport all supplies and make sure my vehicle is in good working order
- keep up with all required lessons in Learn
- request of growth opportunities such as mentoring new employees and training them as often as possible. I have currently trained 17 people since the start of my employment. I have set up many homes that are new to the market here. I have repaired broken fans, cleaned vacuums and repaired them if they weren't working, replaced light bulbs, packed wood, plunged toilets, deep cleaned dishwashers including cleaning the filters, cleaned windows inside/out, hung blinds, cleaned storages, responded to any/all requests for help from coworkers.
