- Attending to customers by taking their order when they first arrive at the establishment and answering any question they ask with a valid response.
- Making sure that the customer's vehicle is taken care of with tremendous responsibility during the vehicle's time while at the establishment.
- Tend to any of the customer’s needs and make sure their vehicle comes out to their satisfaction before they exit the establishment.
- This particular establishment has three sections, I will list them below.
- The first section of this establishment is the vacuum section where we vacuum the customer’s vehicle to its best version possible.(Some customers' vehicles are really dirty so we do the best we can).
- The second section of the establishment is the washing section in which we would actually have to spray down the car with pressure washers in which we would spray the whole car down, the fender wells, and the tires/wheels. Then scrub the whole car with brushes to get it ready before we send it through the main car wash tunnel.
- The final section is the drying & touch-up section. As soon as the vehicle exits the tunnel, dried up, we would move the car out of the tunnel and park it under a metal canopy and dry it completely and then would clean the inside of the car, like the inside windows and dashboard and cup holders as directed. Then depending on the service, we would put armor-all on the customer’s vehicle tires and on the inside as well. And before the customer leaves, make sure everything is to their liking so they can leave satisfied knowing they spent their money well.
